If your purchase is not quite right, you can request a return through our returns portal HERE.
The following conditions apply for change-of-mind returns:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Full-price items, including items purchased with a welcome code, may be returned for a refund, a store credit equal to 110% of the returned items' purchase price, or an exchange.
Sale items, including styles marked as "sale" or discounted during a flash or promotional event, may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Final sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
You must request your return within 7 days after receiving your order and send it within 7 days after approval.
Customers in Australia and New Zealand will receive a prepaid return label. We will deduct a return shipping fee of $15 AUD for Australian orders or $25 NZD for New Zealand orders from your refund or store credit.
Exchanges are free for Australian and New Zealand orders.
Customers outside Australia and New Zealand must arrange and pay for return postage. International returns, excluding New Zealand, must be received by our warehouse within 20 days after your return request is approved.
We aim to process returns within 3 to 5 working days after they arrive at our warehouse.
We may decline a change-of-mind return that does not meet these conditions.
If an item is faulty, damaged when it arrives, incorrect, or not as described, please contact hello@oneofothers.com.
Your available remedy will depend on the circumstances and the consumer law that applies to your purchase. The change-of-mind deadlines, condition requirements, sale restrictions, and return fees above do not limit these rights.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, we will arrange return postage or reimburse your reasonable return costs where required by applicable law. Please keep any postage receipts.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable EU consumer law.
If EU consumer law applies to your online purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. This right is separate from our change-of-mind returns policy, and the conditions, deadlines, and fees in that policy do not apply to it.
You may withdraw from all or part of your purchase. If you are withdrawing from only part of an order, you can tell us which items in your notice, or confirm them with us when we contact you about your return.
You must tell us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. You may also notify us before receiving the goods. You meet the withdrawal deadline if you send your notice before the period ends.
If we have not provided the withdrawal information required by law, your withdrawal period may extend for up to 12 months after the original period ends. If we provide that information during the extension, you will have 14 days from receiving it to notify us.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
The online withdrawal function will ask you to confirm your withdrawal as a separate step. After you submit it, we will email you an acknowledgement containing your withdrawal notice and the date and time it was submitted.
After notifying us, please send the goods to ONE OF OTHERS PTY LTD, 14 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141, Australia, without undue delay and within 14 days. You meet this deadline if you send the goods before the period ends. You do not need to wait for return approval.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we informed you of this before your purchase. Otherwise, or where applicable law requires it, we will cover that cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of dispatch.
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a store. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising the EU withdrawal right.
You will not be responsible for any reduction in value if we failed to provide the withdrawal information required by law.
We will refund all payments received for the withdrawn goods. If you withdraw from the entire order, this includes the delivery charge you paid. If you withdraw from only part of an order, we will refund any delivery charge attributable to those items where required by applicable law.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever happens first.
We will use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the refund.
A sale, promotional, or final sale designation does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may instead use our online withdrawal function or send another clear withdrawal statement.
