Return Policy:

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
- Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. This includes items purchased with a welcome code.
- Full price items can be returned for a full refund, 110% credit note or exchange.
- Sale items - all discounted styles marked as "sale" or discounted during a flash/promotional events using a code or automatic discount can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Items marked as "final sale" are final sale and only eligible for return if faulty.
- Please request your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please post your return within 7 days of request approval.
- Customers in Australia and New Zealand receive a pre-paid return label. A handling and service fee of $15 AUD will be deducted from Australian Orders and $25 NZD will be deducted from New Zealand orders to cover the pre-paid return shipping.
- All international customers (excluding New Zealand) are responsible for arranging return postage and the associated costs.
- Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
- If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
We reserve the right to decline returns which do not meet the conditions outlined in the above Returns Policy. This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law.
